Oh, be still my Labbie loving heart! What a treat, waking up to the sight of your gorgeous chocolate self! Your "closeup," the first shot of you posing so proudly for the camera, is simply heart melting! You truly are, "picture perfect!" And I see you have that requisite Labbie goofy side, too! (Silly me, I thought only puppies, wee doggies and kitties loved nesting in undersized boxes, playing lap warmer, not 85 plus pounders!)

What a cutie, what a beauty, what a joy you are, Fudge! Like your family says, I too can't imagine why anyone would give up a big, beautiful, loyal, lovable Labbie such as you! But how lucky your family was to find you that fateful day, and how blessed are you sweetheart, to be in the loving arms of a family who will love and cherish you forever!

Congratulations on being crowned our very special and most deserving honoree, Fudge! I hope you and your proud people enjoy a very happy day of celebration! It might be too cold for a swim, but hopefully today you'll be treated to all sorts of fun adventures; endless rounds of retrieving, lap warming, cookies; everything your big heart desires!

We bought him a Bed when he was a puppy, which was rather small.
He still loves to nap in it, sticking out on both ends !
