    Dec. 7, 1941 - 69 Years

Remember Pearl Harbor! Dec. 7, 1941. 69 years. Thank those Veterans, only a few are still here today. I thank my Grandparents who served in WWII. Thinking of them today, too.
You're the one sure thing I've found so you better stick around...

Also thinking of all who serve in the Armed Forces, particularly the Navy, which took such losses that day, and the people of Hawaii as well.

The exact opposite here in my corner of the world.

    Praying for armed forces today.

Edited to add: here is an article from Wikipedia with photos of the memorial. It's the daily photo on Bing, too.

We need to give thanks every day for the sacrifices that have been made that makes America ( The World) the great place it is. My Mother and Father both served in the Navy during WW2. My uncle gave his live as a tail gunner over Germany during the war.
