Logitech PS2 Mouse

Hey geek people....

I am doing a windows reinstall and the ONLY PS2 mouse I have is a Logitech.

I understand it needs its own drivers...is that why it locks up at crucial moments during the reinstall?

DANG that is frustrating...I did everything via keyboard, ONE use of the mouse...then when the window appears saying "Windows will automatically adjust appearance of your screen", the icon turned into a short flat vertical line and FROZE.

Out to get a different PS2 mouse shortly...what a pain!

I've never heard of anyone actually needing mouse "drivers". Almost all PS2 mice operate the same, including all of Logitech's.
