    ARRGH! Stripped screw on laptop...

And I haven't even started the tech part....

Need to remove bottom panel of laptop to remove hard drive. The ONE LAST SCREW to remove is stripped. I can tighten it, but not remove it....'click click click'....

I try to life enough of the back panel to get the HDD but can't quite...this screw seems to attach the back panel to the drive case. And there isn't quite enough room to pull out the drive so I can get to work.

    Beyond frustrating....

This guy's gonna be back from work in an hour and I can't even give him a progress report.

    ANY ideas???

    I am now Googling this...sheesh...

Tech friend lending me just the cable so I don't have to buy ANOTHER whole kit for $40! All is well.

Wanna lay bets on whether the HD actually works after all this?

Duct tape solved my problem too. Except my problem was caused by a plow driver.

Isn't it sad we turn all of the PT board into our own "dirty little secret"?

    It is sad Richard.
But then again......did we write that title line ???
After all....is not the author fully responsible for the words they write ???
And how the reader interprets those words ???

Now if I wrote that.....I would have probably went and dug a hole in my garden and stuck my head in it.
