Lady and Nebo enjoy the autumn weather

What a nice day! We decided to make a trip to the park to enjoy this nice weather and see the fallen leaves! And you know what? The leaves don't only look pretty...they taste pretty good too!

The car ride was fun. We had to take our humans along to drive though...they wouldn't give us the keys! They seatbelted us in the backseat and expected us to stay still too!

And we're off!

Yes this is MY tunnel thank you very much.....I look good "in" blue!

How could I *not* be happy on such a nice day?

Hopefully we can convince our humans to take us somewhere cool again! We really enjoyed visiting the gas station--hot dog!!

Lol thanks. Did you noticed Nebo's screwed up smile? He's got double teeth on the bottom...the fang (inscisor?) teeth.....the old teeth and new ones together. It was that way on the top too yesterday, but umm...he and Lady took care of that. Melissa got scared when she was looking at Lady after they played. She had blood all over her! I took a look in Nebo's mouth and there was my answer. One of the teeth was still in his mouth on his tongue! The first one I have found! I bet he was gonna eat it too!

Awww, those double teeth on him are so cute!! Very endearing. What a goofy little guy.

Malone has the same thing with double-teeth. The incisors (SP?) on the bottom are fine and grown in full size. But the ones on the top have grown in side-by-side, the new ones are full size, and the old ones aren't even loose! Also, the gums around his front teeth are perpetually bright red, like they are inflamed. I am waiting a few more days, and if they aren't better I think I will call the vet.

Wow Nebo's gotten so big. I love the pics though...I'm sensing some agility dog in Nebo but that could just be me after all I am slightly obsessed with agility and all.

Thanks everyone! Ow, it sounds like Malone has a pretty sore mouth! Bet it doesn't stop him from chewing on anything and everything either, does it? lol. I'm sure the old teeth will come out eventually, but it might be good to see a vet just in case. Nebo's old teeth on the bottom aren't loose at all either, but it's not red. I know Lady had at least one double tooth thing going on too.

Crikit, I'm not sure whether huskies make good agility dogs or not, but I bet it would be fun! Actually when he graduated puppy kindergarten, they had a few little agiltiy things set up. Oh boy did he LOVE to run through that tunnel! He enjoys running through the tunnel in the pic too, although it's a non-fenced city park, so I have to be careful at catching him! He didn't much enjoy the weaving pole type things (no clue what they are called) but obviously he didn't really know what to do the first time, lol. I'm not sure if they teach agility classes around here or not, I'll have to look into it.

Any dog can do agility actually they make sure of that...well okay the giant breeds have a tough time because they don't make equipment big enough to hold them, but I have seen some huskies do agility before. And the weave poles are not most dogs fave pieces of equipment so Nebo is just following the norm.
