No cake, Karen. However I did have a special dinner. I had chicken cordon bleu, a great garden salad, dinner rolls, coffee, topped off with a big piece of key lime pie. (my blood sugar might go up, but it's sure worth it!)

Thanks to everyone for the thoughts and well-wishes on my birthday. This is the first birthday I've spent away from home and it's taking some getting used to, but the nurses and the staff here are doing a fantastic job in helping me to get settled in here and giving me very good care. Again, THANKS TO EVERYONE!!
