It's an adorable story, isn't it? What a cutie Casper is.

A friend of my cousin's used to have a dog that got the bus to the pub! They live in a very sparsely populated area so the barman knew the dog and would give him a little beer in a bowl. Every so often when the dog's owner visited, he would be presented with a tab that the dog had run up. It was particularly galling for him as money was a bit tight at the time, and he was sitting in the house while the dog was out enjoying himself.

That's a cute story! I hope Casper will enjoy his ride for a long time, and every new bus driver will treat him well!

KK, I loved your story too.

What a cute story. I hope he gets to ride it for many more years to come.

Unfortunately, you'd never hear about anything like that happening here in the States. Our friends "across the pond" are much more tolerant and accepting of dogs and cats - the way most of us on PT wish it could be here. Wouldn't it be nice to be able to take our furkids out to dinner with us on occasion??
