    Swim wear - not appropriate at the Mall

    From the Williamsport Sun Gazette:

    Police: Shopper wore inappropriate attire

    MUNCY - Given a choice to either wear what Muncy Township police believed was more appropriate attire or leave the Lycoming Mall on Monday, a city man who reportedly did neither is charged with defiant trespass.

    James H. Martin, 59, of 812 First St. was arraigned on the charge by District Judge C. Roger McRae.

    "He was wearing what appeared to be a woman's swimsuit top and a dark pair of jogging-type shorts on that were rather short," McRae said.

    Martin was committed to the Lycoming County prison in lieu of $3,500 bail.

    LOL! I said the same thing when I read it in the newspaper. Apparently this guy walks the streets of the very town where I work and I have never seen him! I am going to start carrying my camera with me.

    However, playing devil's advocate again ... would a young, attractive woman, wearing a swimsuit top and short shorts be asked to change clothes or leave the mall. Methinks not.
