    Well, I guess it is good that I couldn't sleep anymore, so that I get to be the first to congratulate you, precious Golden Nick, on being the Dog of the Day!! What a handsome fellow you are and what a joy you must be to your family, each and every day.

    I read, with interest, the list of things you enjoy "playing" with. You haven't found the remote control yet?

    Ok, Golden Moms, move over!! Oh my, Nick, aren't you stunning!! Not yet one year old and already such a big, strong and handsome boy! And what a great job you're doing in obedience class!! But of course, you're still a puppy, and what would puppyhoood be without a pair or two of chewed glasses, chasing critters or enjoying a roll in the mud! I think you were aptly named Nick! Jolly, loving, gentle and kind!! What a boy! What a Golden!! Congratulations to you Nick, Dog of the Day! I wish for you a very, very long, happy and healthy life, precious Nick!
