HELP! digital MP4, don't know how to use.

Ok, all you technical wizards, I bought my first portable digital music gizmo.
Got it on ebay, here is the link to take a look (it is a "generic")
    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...id=p2759.l1259

I have NO clue whatsoever how to get music onto it!!

Can you transfer from a music CD to it?

I am totally ignorant, but I just know someone can help and others might know of good web sites with info for DUMMIES! (like me )

Well if it works anything like my Sansa MP3 player...

Copy your CD's to mp3 format using RealOne player (freebie player available online)

Plug your new player in via USB cable to your computer

Use Windows Media Player to find the songs on your computer and 'sync' them to your new portable player.

That's how I do my Sansa. Hope that helps some.

I do it like Catlady711 does (for my Sansa MP3 player) only I don't sync them I just copy and paste them.... otherwise it puts EVERY picture, EVERY sound and EVERY video on my computer on the thing..

    Just click the 'Library' tab
    click 'all music'
make sure the drop down menu on the right says 'sync list'
drag and drop just the songs you want to download to the mp3 on that side
    click 'start sync'

I do believe you have to have the mp3 plugged in before you open the program up or it doesn't want to recognize it. At least on mine it's that way.
