    Tomorrow

Tomorrow is the day I go back to work ***sniff***sniff*** Got to leave the girls and all my PT friends again! The boat will be all the way up so that means a long drive but I will have someone else to drive most of the way (thank God!). ((((HUGS)))) to all of you, I will miss you and wonder what you are all doing and how all the fur kids are. My girls know it is time and they have been real clingy for the last week. It just makes me so sad to walk out of here and leave them. I'll be leaving about 5am in the morning..

I will be going back "home" to my own boat this time. It has been out of the shipyard and running almost ever since I got home.

I was only home 3 weeks this time.. I was a week past due when I went to that Ohio River boat and counting the 2 days traveling up there and back, I was gone that 28 days.

My Captain will not be going back with us thie time. He has many problems at home, one is his Mother has been discovered to have breast cancer and is having both breasts removed today. She is old and not well and he said the cancer she has is aggresive.

Oh, no, what a way to recover from Mardi Gras!

Once again, Laura, safe journey and safe home.

I'm so sorry for your Captain. Wishing him and his mother well.

He just called me about his mother, he sounded wore out. He said his cell battery was about dead and just wanted me to know she is out of surgery. Said there is a lot more to tell but the battery was going fast and he would call me tomorrow with the details. I will be on the road when he calls so I won't be able to let you know what he said about her until I get back in March..
