Can YOUR Dog SMILE like this?

This video is hilarious! Any ideas how you would teach your dog to do this?

LOL, that is the funniest thing ever!!
Our goal in life should be - to be as good a person as our dog thinks we are.

Thank you for the siggy, Michelle!

Keira, and many other Dobermans, smile naturally. I think Chesapeakes and Dalmatians are known for "smiling" as well. Spring does it too. I haven't found a way to teach them to do it on command yet, but I've tried!

I just LOVE when dogs do that. Not much is cuter! We hav a couple of dogs come into the grooming shop that will smile and we always try to get them to do it for us when they are there.

I am not sure you can actally teach a dog to smile. But if they already have the ability I am sure you could train them to do it on command.

My friends pit bulls both smile like that.
They do it on command, and also just when you walk up to them.

I did try to teach Maggie how to smile, but the only way she does it is
if I pull her cheeks back. Dogs put up with a lot from silly owners.

That's adorable! Blue smiles but not like that. Could be cute for a dentist commercial.

That's adorable! When Mz Logan *shows her teeth* on demand, it certainly doesn't look like that!

I swear, and if I didn't see this, I wouldn't have believed this...
all my ex neighbor had to do is call his pug *Hey Denver Buddy!* and Denver would grin ear to ear! It was hilarious and a real party trick for entertainment! it was almost as if Denver had huge false teeth! They claim they never trained him, he just did it only when the dad called his name!

My uncle taught their poodle to smile like that on command. He never shared the secret of how and I have been trying really hard to teach it to Kia with no luck.

    Great video!
