Find a cell number?

I happened to hear my cell phone vibrating from the depths of my purse this afternoon and caught it in time to catch a telemarketer Then I noticed that someone had called 3 times within 5 minutes an hour ago. The number sounds SO familiar but I can't think who it could be?? I called back but didn't get an answer.

Is there a way to look up a cell number? I did a reverse lookup and it just told me that it is a cell phone in my city.

Just Google it, it may tell you whose it is.

I think there's a web site called "whocalled.com" or something like that.

I called back and got an answer. Turns out that the number sounds familiar because it is the same number that has been calling my phone regularly since we got the thing looking for people named Darnell and Miranda Lee. Every time they call I tell them that they have the wrong number. They just keep calling back
