The window in the stairways was full of frost this morning, and there were some really beautiful pattern in it.
So, here's a little ice flower for you:

We had minus 14 Celsius this morning ( a little bit over 10 F I think) but it seems to be even colder where you are Kirsten. I remember seeing a lot of ice flowers when I was a kid and our apartment was only heated by a coal oven but there aren't many now.

This is beautiful, mind if I use it in my desktop rotation? Do you have a bigger size for desktop purposes?

    I love your photography!

    Thank you!

Yes, it's been very cold here, minus 20°C a couple of nights ago.

DJFyrewolf36, feel free to use it. I can also email you a bigger version if you like to. Just let me know, okay?

Kirsten, it's beautiful! It reminds me very much of the crystal photos John made. He mixed various solutions and photographed them through a microscope - while they were evolving.
