Gosh, she's adorable! I'm guessing some kind of spaniel (the eyes and ears, and silky coat), Corgi, and something else ... but maybe Cavalier/Corgi? Neither of those account for her upcurled tail, though - with her extra-fluffy coat, how about Corgi/Cavalier/Pomeranian?

What a unique build! She's only 12" at the withers? She looks so big in the pictures...If she's as big as the pictures make her look, I say:
    - Cardigan Welsh Corgi (height, stature, and legs)
    - German Shepherd (common breed - her coat color is very indicative of a GSD)
    - Golden Retriever (the ears, the soft expression, the long coat)
    - Husky (coat texture, especially the ripple in the 3rd picture, and curled tail)

If she really is only 12" at the withers, then I'd say something like Corgi/Dachsund/Husky.

When I first saw the pictures I instantly thought "OMG Thats Rudy!" a little dog who comes to my work. They look exactly alike, it's amazing!

We always say that Rudy is a Tibetan Spaniel / Standard Daughound mix with I'm sure a bunch of other things mixed in.

A co-worker once suggested a Karst Shepherd as a possible mix, but I dunno.

Whatever they both are, they are CUTE!

Her tail is not allways up, if she gets worried she will put it down and it looks just like a welsh corgi.

Ooh, I wouldn't have thought of a Tibetan Spaniel, until Ashley mentioned it, but it is a great guess. It would explain the ears and the tail. As a matter of fact, a friend of mine had a Tibetan Spaniel and another dog that is a Jack Russell Terrier/Lhasa Apso mix. If you combined those two dogs I think you would have a dog that looks very similar to your dog. Although with the length, part dachshund (as Ashley said) is also a very good guess, and the coloring could come from a doxie also.

    Where are you located?

Your location and the dogs who roam around your area are a major factor. For example, a Basenji mix would not be uncommon here. But I rarely suggest Basenji mix to other folks because the fact remains that they are fairly rare. The chances of the dog being Basenji is extremely low.

Same thing with Tibbies. Tibbies are pretty rare. Your pup definitely has a Tibbie-like face, what with the soft expression, but those eyes and expression are highly indicative of a Welsh Corgi. Btw, I mean Pembroke, not Cardigan in my first post. Cardigan are less common than Pembroke and Pembrokes can be born with tails.

Tibbys aren't real common in that area. That was going to be one of my guesses. I do NOT see any pomeranian or Dachshund in this dog. My guess would be possibly Cardigan Welsh Corgi, Sheltie, and maybe some shepherd or spaniel mix. She is ABSOLUTELY stunning whatever she is!

I think something like that too they I can't really tell but fur and the tail flip thing deffiantly looking like a spitz in there Poms are in the spitz family so I would say Spitz plus I think Dachshund b/c of the coat smoothness and how the ears turn down its face resembles one too.

a chow chow mixed with a small hound like a beagle kinda makes sense tome too... but to be honest I'm just guessing I do better when I can see the dogs presonality, that helps.

    breed?

I see Pekingese in her. Don't know what else, face isn't smooshed as a pek, but other breeds mixing would bring nose out. Coloring is Pek, tail, build. She's taller, but that's as she isn't purebred.
