Pollie, what a beautiful tortie!

She reminds me of my Serena.

Serena just acts mean, but her growl, hiss and swipe - meant usually for the other cats - are largely innocuous, so they don't take her seriously. I'm glad Pollie has calmed down and become your sweet companion, and that you keep her safe.

Congrats on being COTD! Now Pollie, the talker, has something new she deserves to brag about! Wishing you many happy years together!

Polly, I'd be angry too if I was in a rescue shelter and couldn't trust humans but you found one that you could trust and how lucky for her. You're such a beautiful girl and I can only wish you many more years w/your loving family. Enjoy your day as COTD.

Maybe your meowmie could get you a super-duper heavy duty scratching post to take your frustrations out on?
