    Jersey Got Hurt

I was outside playing frisbee with Jersey a little while ago and Sarah let Molly outside. Jersey and Molly started ripping around and Molly accidentally body checked Jersey into a pile of wood from an old play structure we had and Jersey slid right in and through it. I think one of the planks collided with her left inner thigh. It looks like she also scratched up her chin on the cement of the driveway. She was carrying her leg for a few minutes, but after a rest I made her walk a couple of steps and she seems to be okay...

I cleaned up her scratches a bit with warm water and a cloth and put some polysporin on. I guess tomorrow we'll find out if we need a vet visit or not.

Here are two photos to show what she did. There seems to be a bit of bruising on the inner leg (don't know if you can see in the pic), but I can't remember if her skin was that colour or not.

Poor Jersey. I hope she heals up quickly. Why do our babies have to get hurt?

Poor girl! That looks really painful, but I am glad she seems to be okay.
Good vibes and kisses headed her way. Here's to a speedy recovery!

    Oh nooooes.

Poor Jersey! That doesn't look pretty, and I'm sure she feels sore, but thank goodness it's nothing that requires stitches. Get well soon, cutiee. And tell your big sister to quit with the body slamming! Molly sounds like Gonzo.

Oh my that looks painful!!! Thank goodness she has a great mom to fix her up. It looks like a little bit of a bruise but not too bad, you should definetely know by tonight or in the am if you need to take her in. I know that must have frightened you to see her get hurt like that. Prayers for a speedy recovery.
