    Mobius is 15.

    (Or as near as I can tell.) We found her in January 1994, and she went in heat in March, so we guesstimated her birthday as Sept.1, 1993. She's put up with (and outlived!) many new additions, and some 100 fosters, and is a good sport and lady about the whole thing. Even diabetes hasn't slowed her down much. She still has her abundant tortietude!

    That was actually how she got her name. When we got her, she was nameless, and started curling and winding her body around like...you guessed it...a Mobius strip, so the name stuck. Now she's a little...fluffy...to do such things! Her nickname is Moby, after a certain rotund cetacean...
