Can Cats Have Personality Issues?

I am starting to wonder if Mollie June goes through personality changes at different times of the month. She is sometimes a peaceful cat, but for the past few days I have noticed a change in her personality (again).
She has been hissing and slapping at the other cats - this morning one of her babies (who is now full grown) made the mistake of walking by Mollie and she slapped at him.
Even when she is more her normal self though she still wants the other cats to know that it is her house and they are only there becasue she lets them be.

Sure Cats & Dogs & Pets in General have moods just like us humannss.. I know my bunch has good days & bad days && for sure mood swings..

CERTAINLY OUR CATS CAN BE MOODY, EVERY ONE IN A WHILE EVEN LITTLE MICHAEL THE DREAM CAN BE IRRITABLE AND SWAT AT HIS CAT PALS, ANDMIQUELITO CAN BE A REAL TROUBLE MAKER!
BUT YOU HAVE TO LET THIS THINGS AND MOLLY JUNE WILL BE HER NORMAL SELF BEFORE YOU KNOW IT!!!
