Please check out the link below. It would make sense that any toy with one hole can cause a vacuum effect. I'm always glad to be reminded of these things. I also always make sure my paper shredder is UNPLUGGED rather than just set to auto because I've heard of dogs licking the top and nudging the button to on...tongue can get caught in shredder.
