"I could use some help," & Other photos

The other night, Dad called to me, "I could use some help getting in to bed." That was unusual, so I went in his room and saw this:

Neither Marlin nor Crystal had any intentions of moving! If I tried I got grumble grumble grumble. I finally had to go get the treats!

Another day, I was gathering up pet beds for the laundry. I guess a pet bed is a pet bed, no matter WHERE it is! This is Tommy:

Tommy, Tuppence and Chaplin (hidden up on the back of the futon behind the carrier) checking out AliCat:

It's always nice to snuggle with a friend. These are cousins, Bobby and Tuppence:

    That's all!

Dearest Marlin and Crystal, I know you love your grand-person, but it might be best if you could let him get in bed first, and then you take the extra space around him! He might not want to twist his body into a pretzel to share his bed with you. How sweet of you to absolutely stay put! You must love your grand-person very much! Bobby and Tuppence, you are such darling snuggle buddies and the red upholstery is perfect for your beautiful shiny fur! Tommy, you are a terrific model for your stars and stripes kitty bed - did someone make that for you? Tommy, Tuppence, Chaplin and AliCat - I hope your get-acquainted session on the futon went very well! Your meowmie's house is so neat and tidy!

Those stairs are for Marlin. He usually is at the foot of the bed on THAT side, so Dad can get in the OTHER side.

Thanks for all the comments, everyone! It really is a challenge forboth of us, trying to find a chair to sit or a place in bed. EVERYTHING here seems to belong to the furkids, te hee.

But Mom, what are you doing...this bed doesn't need washing!!

This whole thread is so funny! Don't you know that the house belongs to the pets. They just allow you and your dad to live there as servants.
