This is really neat! They are sending a satillite to space in 2003 that will be up there for 50,000 years! They are asking for people to write messages about what's it's like living on earth during this time. It's really neat, people from all over the world are doing this! My first response was "Is the earth even going to be here in 50,000 years. We've been really mean to it with pollution and depleting our resources." But hey, it's kind of neat to do. Enjoy!

NoahsMommy, I had quite the similar thought However, wouldn't it be nice if a alien civilisation found it one day when the earth has been destroyed and could learn from our mistakes and remember us? Ah well... Just getting silly here
