I'm crossposting about Taffy in hopes that funds can be raised towards the surgery she needs to remove a mass that is obstructing her airway. Taffy's Mom has already raised a lot of money for treatments and medicine that did not work. A mass was found that needs to be removed. They know it's not cancer (Thank God), so with the surgery Taffy could live for many years. I just can't imagine the agony Taffy must be in gasping for every breath.

The $3,800 is the low end of the estimate. It could go as far as $5,300. She has a mass behind her soft palet that needs to be removed. If that doesn't help, she will need a permanent Tracheostomy to breath. She has had a Soft Palet disection that did not help and has been on Steriods that aren't working. She can only be on them for another 4 weeks at most, without harming her other organs. She is only 7 1/2. She is all I have. She has not slept since Feb. She gets little 15 seconds to a few mins. at a time because she can't breath with her mouth closed. She was such a happy little dog. Won't you please help her be that way again?
