Since it is nationally illegal, I think the owner of that site will be asked to take it down soon, even though it is a hoax. Probably meant to make money off of ads that he put on there. It'll probably get a lot of hits from people sending it to other people much like you posted it here so the best thing to do is to NOT click the link or go to it.

I never thought of that, just when I first saw it it made me sick to my stomach....I have removed the link.
