Joey you are just the cutest little boy. I don't get to see many Chinese Cresteds except when I watch Westminster each year. I am so sorry that you can't hear but God gave you an extra special way of communicating with your humans through hand signals. You are quite the smartie boy. My Bella, who can hear, often plays your little trick on me. She looks to the side when I am approaching her with the nail clippers and, like you, she is thinking that she won't have to respond if she can't see me. Congrats to you little man and happiness always.

Joey!!! Oh sweetheart, you are cute beyond words! I don't think I've ever met a doggie with a more expressive face! You may not be able to "hear" your family telling you how much they love you, but I know you feel it each and every day, with your heart! And it sure sounds like you haven't let your hearing impairment keep you from enjoyihng every ounce of life! hehe What a big, happy family you have there; so many furpals to play with, in addition to all of that human love you've been blessed with! We don't get to see alot of your breed either so it's really fun to meet you today. We're sorry to hear you're deaf but we have a feeling that it doesn't present too much of an obstacle for you. Ha-rooo Joey! We live in RI too! Our ears work just fine, but we do have that famous husky "selective hearing"... we just look the other way & ppretend we don't hear our humans when we don't want to do what they tell us, either. You are really a cute little guy - we've met a couple of Chinese Cresteds, you guys are certainly unique. Happy DOTD, Joey!
