    Can anybody help?

My dog, a shittzu, bichon mix woke up sunday night about 5 times and barked to go outside. He seems to have to Poop, but nothing or just a very little bit comes out. He did the same thing last night. This morning he has gone out a little less often, but he still isn't doing much. He seems fine otherwise and is eating like he always does. Should I be worried, and does anyone know of anything I can give him to help him.

I would get him to the vet. It's possible that he is impacted.

My dog Nova did that and she needed her Anal glands released. She was in a lot of pain and they were very full. Please get your doggie to the vet ASAP for her happiness.

My first thought would be an obstruction.
A trip to the vet would be first on my list of things to do today!

Bailey has a 2:45 appointment with the vet, hopefully it's only clogged anal glands.

I took Bailey to the vet. They did an x-ray and found nothing in his colon. they cleaned his anal glands. The vet said it was probably diareaha from eating something he shouldn't have. Told me to feed him a bland diet and gave him some antibotics that should help the diareaha.
