Small Update on the Kitten Griller

I called Clark County to get an update on The Charles Benoit case (burning the kitten on the grill). Apparently Judge Gabbert was impressed enough with our passion to have this case transferred to a criminal court! The actual trial is set for Sept. 23. The clerk told me that all of our correspondence will be given to that Judge who is Judge Maloney of Division 1.

Woohoo! That @#!* needs to be put away. Maybe, we could start another petition for them to just send him to us to take care of

yes another petition is a good idea... how do we start one?
WHY was it not automatically sent to a criminal court to start with???

Good to hear that! I hope some real justice will be served. Although nothing can bring back that poor kitty... atleast they could put him away so no other cats have to suffer the same horrible fate.
