I'm taking Stripe to the vet tomorrow to be fixed. He sometimes gets aggressive to the other cats & I hope it helps with that, besides the other obvious advantage.
I still have all the baby kittens, but they are starting to eat kitten chow - my niece will take two of them when they're old enough. But I'm a little worried about Farm Boy around them - it seems that he wants to play with them, but sometimes doesn't seem to realize that he's a lot bigger than they are. He had one in his mouth the other day - but than last nite, one of the babies was cuddled up on the couch right beside Farm Boy.
I did put Maggie & the kittens in a carrier when I left the house yesterday morning, but don't think Maggie liked it very well.

Is the larger cat actually causing the kittens to cry, pulling out fur or causing any type of scratches or bleeding?

The reason I ask is twice now I've raised very tiny kittens in a household with other full grown cats. Both times once the kittens were old enough the adult cats wanted to play with them. They did play rough with the little ones but not nearly as rough as the kittens would play with each other. As long as no one is actually crying, having fur come out, or getting injured I would just let them play, but always keeping a close eye on them.

When you are not there to supervise them it would probably be a good idea to separate the larger cat from them until you know if you can trust them togther.

TUBSTER PANTHER WHOS A HUGE CAT WAS PLAYNG WITH POUNCIERGE A LITTLE ROUGH. EVEN THOUGH HES BEEN NEUTERED HE STILL WANTS OUT AND IS STILL INTERESTTED IN POUNCIERGE AND SCRAPPY 2, IT SEEMS.
SCRAPPY 2 FIGHTS BACK, AND I SEPERATE TUBSTER PANTHER AND POUNCIERGE JUST TO BE ON THE SAFE SIDE!!
