    Our Feral Cats: Update!!

Okay I took some pictures and videos today of the feral family that my mum (and me, I buy food for them too!) takes care of in her back yard. They're still with us, living in their two houses built for them at the back of the garden behind the greenhouse.

Well I took some pics and videos whilst they were having their tea today, they were being very sweet and cute. We just love them. They will come inside on the window sill if the window is open, but as soon as you approach jump straight out back onto the wall outside. Fatty will let you scratch his neck if you're inside the window, the others won't though, and the mum cat is the most timid. But we love them to bits!

    So some pictures:

A family shot: Mummy,Fatty and Hearth Shaped Boy (Heart for short!) together waiting for their tea.

    Fatty investigating the camera:

Dad cat Sylvester, he comes right inside the kitchen, he must've been owned at one time, but he is tempremental, sometimes he'll let you smoothe him, other times he swipes at you and is scary and grumpy.

What beautiful kitties they are. A couple of my ferals are big and sassy. Doesn't it make you feel wonderful when they allow you touch them. They are blessed to have you guys taking care of them.

Hehe, Mom is not to sure about that box thing is she? The boys let their curiosity take over! How wonderful that they have decided to stay put where you can work with them, feed them and be sure of their safety. Well, more sure than if they came and went. Great videos!

Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers
