    White night

I had a white night this night. Juni was unbelievably loud. She was scratchng under the sofa, running like mad from 1am to 5 pm. I couldn't understand what happened. I closed her for a while in the kitchen. She was trying to come out, then I decided to take her in my bed, but she couldn't be still more than 2 minutes. Then I took her to the balcony and I closed her there. She was so excited about something and she really wanted to come in.
I came back to the bedroom and I heard something. There was a BAT in our house! That's why she was so nervous and excited!
In the morning when we woke up, the bat was still there and Juni was so happy we let her in. She played with the bat for 2 more hours and then, my brother let the bat go. Juni was relieved. I guess, she was soooo tired after so many hours of desperation to get the bat. But I think she was also happy that she got the chance to play with it. I am surprised that she didn't eat it, she ate one some months ago.

A bat? Oh my god, I'd freak out totally! Juni is a very brave girl for chasing a bat around for hours and protecting the occupants of the house!

A bat would scare me. I'd be worried that she'd catch diseases from it. How did it get in your house? Don't you have screens on your windows? Do you have an attic? Maybe it got in that way. I'd try to find out so that this doesn't happen again.

krazyaboutkatz, we don't have an attic. We just left that night the window wide open and removed everything, we wanted more fresh and cool air. The other time, Juni cought it sitting on the balcony. She's ok.
