With everything going on, I wasn't able to make a post for my boy on his day. However, December 1st was Mufasa 1st Gotcha Day. Although he wasn't ours for sure on December 1st, that was the day he came into our lives. We did get to celebrate on Saturday, he got gifts and a special dinner.
Mufasa's story goes like this... December 1st, 2006 - around 11PM an aquaintence called saying he found this puppy on the side of the road. He asked if we could take him and bring him to the shelter since his apartment didn't allow dogs. Now, I'm not sure if he was actually found on the side of the road or not, however, he's ours now and that's all that matters.
He is always been such a lover. He loves everyone and everything. He's turned into such a sweet dog although he's still got his puppy antics now and then.
This is one of Mufasa's 1st photos. It was right after I gave him a bath and gave him some food. He was infested with fleas and absolutely flea bitten.

And now here is my Moo Man all grown up!
Here he is with his special dinner. A can of HALO canned food, shredded cheese, and treats in the letter "M."
And dessert, vanilla icecream with choco-lick chips.
