Just found this web site. They have cookie cutters shaped like MOST of the dog breeds! (prices seem to run $10 to $15 per cutter!)

They also have cat shapes and cat face, scroll down to the bottom for the link. Cats don't get their own page, they are in with lots of other animals, you have to look around.
