    Ginger and I are house/dogsitting 12 pics.

Well, some friends went away for the week and Ginger and I are house/babysitting for three dogs, three cats and two goldfish. Ginger has been a HUGE help in keeping everyone in line, and in helping me to keep my sanity. Here are some pictures I have been able to sneak in while we are there.
Group shot: Scout, Tejas, Ginger, and Kodi

    Kodi and Tejas

Scout. Let me tell you the camera really loves him, I have lots of pictures of him, and he always looks either very cute or regal.

Little Ms. Kodi-isn't she a cutie

I think she looks like a puppy in this picture

Okay, maybe he isn't looking so regal here. I was lying on the floor and Scout was looking down at me from on top of the couch.

    More in next post.

    Okay everybody, outside...

I didn't get any pictures of Tejas outside, because it was chilly out so he was sitting next to me all wrapped up in a blanket. But this was Tejas later that night.

I am so crazy about that little guy.

And lastly, Ms. Ginger waiting for the word that she can get into bed (yes, all four dogs are fitting onto the bed quite nicely).

Ahhhh what a great thing to do, Tejas looks like my mothers Pekingese mix when she was young except he had some white on him. He was a little fluff ball she got him at only 4 weeks, it was back then.
Biscotties, the perfect companion for your latte.
I love my girls Nena & Lola, there just perfect.

What a bunch of cutie pies. They all look as good as gold too, yet I can imagine looks can be deceiving. It seems that Ginger is taken with her new responsibilities. She looks so proud.

    So where are the cats??

They are all good...well, sort of. That Scout boy is in constant motion and wants constant attention. He wears me out. But, Ginger will jump in and keep him entertained when I am on the computer.

The cats? Well, um... . Ginger has a rather high prey drive, and although she could probably learn to live with cats slowly and over time, I am so afraid that if they were all loose at the same time that I would have to call there Mom and tell her that Ginger has hurt one of her cats in some way. So the kitties are in their room (and it is there room it is where they sleep every night, they have beds and climbing poles and litter pans-one each-and treats and window seats,etc.). I do visit with the kitties for a half hour every morning and about 10 minutes every night.

Excellent work, Ginger! It sounds like you are a huge help! I like Scout's white bib, Kodi's little nose and - does Tejas have white feet? Thank you for sharing these! Pet the kitties for me, please.

They're all adorable! I bet Ginger loves when you guys get to go dog sitting. I loved all of the pictures, but the ones of her are my favourites. She's such a pretty girl.

Thank you so very much again. And, yes Devan, Ginger loves dog sitting. She has a blast playing with the other pups.

Yes, Kodi is a Tibbie, and let me tell you she has turned her Mom into a real Tibbie lover. She is the sweetest little girl, and now her Mom is getting more involved in Tibbie rescue.
