    Good Deal - Canon SD1000 7.1 MP

WOW! Costco has got a great deal right now - if I had some extra cash I'd snag it in a heartbeat.
    Canon SD1000 7.1MP

It comes with a 2GB and a 32MB memory card!

So if anyone wants to get me an early birthday present... Kidding, of course.

Thanks for posting this. My dad has been wanting a new camera and I think he's a member of Cosco too, I'll mention it to him.

My mom has this camera. I'm not sure if it's the exact model though. I used it last night at a football game and it did great for pictures and video. I'm pretty impressed with it. Sometimes you just want a smaller camera to tote around. I've been thinking about getting rid of my S2 and getting one of these. I only use mine for video, but if it was smaller I'm sure I'd keep it in my purse to take random photos with my friends too.

Like the other Sarah said, it's nice to have a smaller one to tote around.

Very tempting...I can't justify buying another right now, but I think I'll show it to my brother. Thanks for posting

I have the same question as danegirl, is this a good camera? Does anyone know the picture quality? .sarah I guess if you used it at a night game the lighting probably wasn't that great so that's a good thing if the pictures came out well. Did you try any action shots?

This sounds like a great deal. I wonder if they have these in the Costco stores as well.
