I know I'm near my personal limit on pets, but I've been wanting to find one for a while. I got a giant millipede. A female, about 7 inches long. She's in a little 5 gallon aquarium with some dirt and peat moss, one of my fav pieces of driftwood from the river (cleaned of course), and a limestone rock. I got her a cuttlebone for calcium, but I have to grind a little up at a time.

I was very surprised that the manager, who was cashiering as it was 8pm, held her and said goodbye. She even knew what food she fed her today. I sat and talked with her for a while and it turns out she's a wildlife rehabilitator. She's even owned hissing cockroaches. She gave me some advice on the millipede too. I've had nothing but good experiences at this Petco.
