    SPCA Rescues 62 Animals From A Horrible Home

    This is horrible. 62 animals were kept in that kind of home for TWO years!! And now the neighbors decide to call the PSPCA. In all my life, I lived in Philadelphia and it is just so sad to see that happen in your neighborhood. I would hate for the people who are cruel to animals to start to move into Philly. Poor animals. Hope they will be ok.

    I can't belive this was said! Her heart was good??!! I don't think so if she let the animals suffer like that and even so the heart is good, so what the animals have to suffer?
