    Unhappy Rip Cece

Cece was my parakeet whom I had for many many years. Longer than any of the birds I have now and any in the past. Today I find out she died a very tragic way. My mom leaves the birds outside when she goes off to work. I come to find part of her head featherless and one eye seems to of suffer from sort of shock, maybe some other animal or something? But whatever the cause, I'm just really sad she had to die in such a way! I never was partial of my mom leaving the birds outside, especially with all this heat and some dead pigeon discoveries and now at the loss of Cece she has learn that leaving the birds outside unattended even with the ''protection'' of inside their cage isn't something she's going to do again. And my only worries aren't just what could happen to the birds, but also thief. There's a business store behind us and our back fence can easily be jump over & someone could snatch them some free cockatiels or parakeets!

    RIP SWEET GIRLIE

I'm so sorry about Cece, she was a beautiful little bird. What a terrible death. I hope you know it wasn't your fault. I'm glad the other birds were ok.

Thank you. I feel real bad for her cagemate, they had a great bond! They were always grooming & kissing each other.
