    A little Chi needs help

I have a friend who's little Chi fell and broke his leg today. He is a college student and doesn't have extra money to pay all the medical bills. I know that someone has posted an organization on here that helps out in these kinds of cases. Can anyone tell me what that organization is?

    Thanks for your help!

Yes, try IMOM. Have your friend read carefully to see if he qualifies. Remember, they don't pay for existing vet bills, but if accepted as a PIN (Pet in Need) they will help raise funds for treatment.

He might also try orthodogs www.oslf.org
Unfortunately, it looksl ike they are not accepting new applications right now, but that could change shortly.

Both organizations have links to other organizations that may be able to help.

Tell your friend to not be shy about asking his vet if he can get a discount in exchange for services. A vet once gave me a price break if I would help them set up a new computer filing system. Maybe the vet needs some help walking dogs? changing kitty litter? building a website? data entry? Might be worth a try. Never hurts to ask.
Ask your vet about microchipping. ~ It could have saved Kuhio's life.

Please, if your dog is arthritic look into getting it Elk Velvet Antler. Look up my posts on it, PM me, or look it up on a search engine; but please if you love your dog and want it to live many more years consider this option. I've seen so many posts on here about dogs needlessly suffering. I can't make a new post about EVA every time so this plea is going here. EVA also helps with other ailments such as anemia.
