The dog got caught in a storm drain. He's okay. But if you listen to the man's voice, it just makes you cry. He really loves his dog. The bond between animal & human can be so strong.

I am so glad to hear they got the poor baby out. He looked so weak. Glad that they saved the cutie, and he'll be all right.
