Hi friends! Today I am officially 1/2 year old. 6 months ago today I had just entered into the bright world full of very happy, smiling people. My ears were filled with familiar voices and my lungs tasted their first breath of air.
I'm quite in love with my mommy and daddy. I'm about as happy as any little girl could ever be. Here are a few pictures of me being me. This is me laying in my bassinette. Do you remember how teeny I was when I came home? You could have fit 4 Quinn's in my bassinette! I had enough room to throw a party in there! Now mommy put me in there, before she washes it and puts it into storage, just to see how much I've grown. Lookie, my head touches one end and my feeties are touching the other end! How about that!
This photo entitled "raindrops on my head" is after mommy took me outside while it was raining and let me feel rain on my head. I just loved it! It was like a bubbly bath without the bubblies or the bathtub! It was so fun and wet and it made me smile from ear to ear! I like water any way it comes!!! I even like it when mommy puts the hose on the mist setting and mists me in the face! Water is fun, fun, fun!!!
Mommy also put me in my highchair for the first time. She didn't have any reason to put me there, besides to just let me play someplace new. She put lots of toys on the tray and I played for a little while, then I got bored and demanded to be held. I think I look cute in it though, don't you?
Then there's a picture titled, "if only I could crawl", which mommy says is self explanatory. If you look, you will see my kitty, Minimin, sleeping and I sure do wish I could crawl up to him and show how much I love him by grabbing his hair and pulling as hard as I can. I don't know why my kitty always runs away when I do that, I'm only telling him how much I love him!
