In need of Prayers ***UPDATE****

My husbands Uncle has to go for surgery on his stomach tomorrow.

He got really sick all of a sudden and they said he had a really bad infection in his stomach and he was put in the hospital and put on Iv antibiotics. The infection has not gotten better. he is in A LOT of pain.

he has surgery tomorrow and they say that it is possible he could have cancer and they will know more after the surgery.

His daughter JUST had a baby last week. He really needs prayers.

It turns out that his surgery today is actually going to be to remove a section of his colon I hope they don't find any cancer. He is going to have to wear a colostomy (sp?) bag for 3 months following this surgery. He is such a nice guy and he will be a wonderful Grandfather. I hope he gets the chance to be that.

GOOD NEWS. he does not have Cancer. It was just a really nasty infection that just would not go away even with the IV antibiotics. They did the surgery and removed the infected areas. he won't even have to wear a colostomy bag.
