Profile Picture Problem

Every time i try to upload an Profile Picture it says it does it but at the top of the page there is this message: Warning: file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/drive2p1/pet_temp/vbupload7835) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/httpd/vhosts/petoftheday.com/httpdocs:/tmp) in /includes/functions_upload.php on line 194
