    Interesting Picture [1]

    I got a really good picture of a grasshopper today. Me and my friends were just hanging outside with Sassy and the little guy just hopped over. He's so cute, I think. I love all the detail in this pic:



    Sorry it's so big. It would have been really weird looking if I reduced it.

    What do you think?

    That's a really good picture! Don't think I've ever seen a grasshopper that close.

    That's amazing - he looks like he's made of leaf parts, and would be completely invisible on some plants!

    Thanks guys! Wolf_Q, you're right. He is a katydid. I thought he looked odd for a grasshopper but I've never heard of a katydid. The camoflouge on him was awesome though.
