I have noticed at the tops of some threads there is a thing with all of the posts on a page but sometimes it dosent appear. It is kind of hard to navigate threads whit this thing. Has anyone else noticed this?

I don't know what you mean. We haven't made any changes to the board or software ...
could it be because of logging out/in issue?

If you mean the "new posts" button, that only shows if you're logged in. For some reason if you spend too long reading a thread or responding to one, it automatically logs you out, which is very annoying and sometimes causes you to lose a long post occasionally. If anyone knows of a way to change the amount of time before it logs you out I'd appreciate someone letting me know.

It's probably a feature only available if you're logged in, but I'm still confused as to what you're talking about. Can you take a Screen Shot?

did you click the "remember me" box while logging in? that shouldn't log you out at any time unless and until you click log out. that works for me.also, if it doesn't for you, always copy the long post before you click submit so that way you can log back in and paste! that's what I am doing now because I don't trust MAC .. lol.

In User CP, I went to "Edit Options",
"Thread Display Options", then "Thread display Mode".
I chose "Threaded" and duplicated your example.
"Linear - Oldest first" brought it back to the option I prefer.
O, ok. Thanks for your help!
I am also confused. My screen looks NOTHING like the screen shot Reggie posted.![]()
.
If you want it to look like the example Reggie posted, you need to go to your User CP, and as Freckles posted:
That is just a different way to view the forum.go to "Edit Options",
"Thread Display Options", then "Thread display Mode".
I chose "Threaded" and duplicated your example.
