    a wildlife sanctuary in Colorado

Did anyone else see this article in the July Reader's Digest, this is a man who has invested his own money to develop a wildlife center that will take in and care for big cats and other animals who were abused in other settings. There are some neat photos on the Reader's Digest Web site too.

    Here's the article http://www.rd.com/content/wild-animal-sanctuary/

    And here are photos http://www.rd.com/content/slideshow-...tuary-slide-1/

I've been Boo'd ... right off the stage!

Aaahh, I have been defrosted! Thank you, Bonny and Asiel!
Brrrr, I've been Frosted! Thank you, Asiel and Pomtzu!

It is sad to see so many animals being mistreated- it's amazing that one person can do so much to help them! The sanctuary is only about 45 miles away from me, and it says it's now open to the public to help with funding. Maybe I will visit!
