Two commercials that meke me ???

One is the singing pig ad for condoms-

It shows pigs and women in a bar...the pig is singing to the gal and then walks into the BR area and buys a condom from a machine.

Yesh, men are pigs......But what does that say about women, in a bar, that will sleep with the "pig" just because he has a condom in his pocket?

On a news show men were complaining about being protrayed as pigs....

I figured the "sows" would find the message revolting.

The other ad is for a pregnancy test stick.

In that ad an animated stream of urine flows over the tester and "Walla" instant answer.

Like WTF?

I saw that commercial the other day. Way too stupid for me. My most hated one right now is that blasted State Farm one. It's got the screaming kids right away so by the time you reach for the mute button, you've heard a good amount of it I'm sticking with Gieco, thank you very much.

It sure beats hanging out in a bar picking up "women" and worrying if they are getting a preggers test after I take them home, get my cookies and kick them to the curb..


Makes me wonder about the people who watch TV and don't think about what they watch.

The commercials are made in Hollywood, beamed into outer space off of satellites and down to New York.....Being in the middle, you might risk missing out!

Contraceptive advertising must stress health-related uses rather than the prevention of pregnancy,

If only condoms could cure acne they would run the ads.

CBS also refused.
