Okay, I am doing some homework here for my job.

Just to cross-reference a document I am editing, is there a standard list of things potential investors need to know before investing in a company?

Track record, client list, longevity, no debt etc....but I wish there was a list I could transplant into this document and then we'd have it.

There is a list there now...but if anyone knows of a standard list, I would really appreciate it.
