    bailey has a tumor

My dog Bailey has a tumor on his head. The vet said that some dogs get some kind of warts, but that Bailey is too young and that the growth doesn't look like a wart so he has to have surgery. The vet said because it has color, that it may be something more serious. I hope she's wrong. He's having surgery on Wednesday.

Poor little baby. I'm going through something similar with my dog Nova although we aren't 100% sure what it is yet. I hope your baby is back on his feet soon.

We will be praying for you both.

Aw...I'm so sorry to read this. Hugs and prayers that Bailey's tumor is an easy thing to take care of and that he recups quickly. I'll be thinking about him on Wednesday. It's my birthday so when I blow out my candles (all 1000 of them ) I'll wish that the precious pumpkin is OK.

    bailey's fine

I just wanted to tell everybody that Bailey had his surgery, and he's doing just fine. They removed the tumor, and he's fine. He was a little dazed and he walked around with his tail down, but his tails back up and everythings good.

So glad Bailey is fine and thank you for updating us.

Did they do any tests on the tumor to see if it was cancerous or not?

I am sorry I didn't see this sooner. But I'm glad to hear Bailey is doing good.
And you both will be in my thoughts that it was nothing serious.
Our goal in life should be - to be as good a person as our dog thinks we are.

Thank you for the siggy, Michelle!
