    2 new hamsters

I am now the owner of 2 hamsters. They both lived at the school and my teacher got fired. If I hadn't brought them home today they wouldn't have gotten fed. They are male and female syrians and right now they are together. I had nowhere else to put them and it's just temporary. Pics will come in the morning.

Zoe and Oliver you will always be missed wait for me at the bridge babies.

Get them out bin cages work wonders search it on google. Not to mention the fact that syrians are solitary and can/will fight till the death. Congrats but please seperate them and prepare for the possibilty of babies. That could be 20+ cages needed.

I have owned many syrians in my lifetime and trust me I know all this but until yesterday they were locked (yes locked) in their cages and not being fed. If I hadn't brought them home no telling what would have happened to them. I am transferring one to a bird cage in a minute until I can buy him a cage.

Update. I moved the male to an extra bird cage. I am about to go buy a 10 gallon aquarium.

The 10 gallon is just temperary right? 10 gallons are way to small even for a dwarf hamster. You need atleast a 20 gallon long. I have also had and have many hamsters.
