The Kitten pic thread got me to wondering just what the difference in Churchy is, not only in size but in appearance and health also. I didn't realize he was so little in the one of him that I shared until I came across it again. I took one of him today on the same stool as a size reference and OH MY GOODNESS have there been changes!
In this first one, he's a year old and fresh from getting neutered. He was covered in mats (it took me 2 weeks to get them all and I had to cut most of them out) and he was wormy and very thin, but the vet said he weighed 10.5 lbs. If you notice though, he still has the kitten face. Look at him in the stool, he looks too small and young to be 1 year old.
This one is today. He's almost 2 years old now, he's more than doubled his weight, there's no worms and he's loving life! According to the vet, he's not done growing yet...and look, he's grown so much that his rump hangs off, lol.
He also wanted me to show you that he is indeed mat free...
Anyway, do you have some dramatic before and afters like that? I'd love to see them!
